Tender

The Tender sample judges applicants for a tender. Four cases come for scrutiny, with the help of 25+16+25 elementary rules given for three dependant attributes.

Ability

How can the skills of colleagues be deduced from their other attributes? The answer provided by DoctuS is concluded from the 14 given cases: dominant knowledge, mind, motivation and EQ are sufficient.
